The first meeting of METEX Metropolitan District Board of Directors (next METEX Board election is in May 2002-three seats up for election) for the calender year of 2001, is September 20, 2001 - 5:30 PM @ Remington Elementary School (Springs Ranch neighborhood). If you feel 5:30 PM is not an appropriate time for a METEX Board of Directors meeting, METEX taxpayers are welcomed to attend, participate and voice opinions; please make me aware of your opinion(s), ASAP...I will attempt to have the meeting time changed to say, 7:00 PM? Current METEX Directors are: Bruce Stetler-President-574.7590 (term expires 05.2002), Terry Schooler-Vice President-599.5900 (term expires 05.2002), Clyde Swader-Secretary-637.9005 (term expires 05.2002), Mrs. Rosemary Ferrarini-Treasurer-596.6362 (elected term expires 05.2004) and John Adams-Member-572.9944 (elected term expires 05.2004). The salaried administrator of the METEX Metropolitan District is: Mrs. Connie Schooler Goodwin-1.800.573.6012

Wonderful Information

Thanks so much John. We will try to attend the meeting. we would prefer a 7:30 pm start time. Our supper time is from 5:45 until 6:45. This is one of our family times. As I said in my e-mail and should say on this page, thanks for all you do for our community! We are sorry you could not run for D49 school board.

Find what you pay to METEX

I e-mailed the El Paso County Treasurer to get my last Jan. Property Tax Statement which shows how much I pay to METEX. I'd love to see others request their copies. It only took two days to receive a new copy that was mailed to me. Just e-mail: trsweb@elpasoco.com
