Has anyone else received complaints fromt the HOA about their outside cats?

My neighbor trapped my cat ( in a trap baited with tuna ) and turned it over to the City of Thornton. Who then charged me $40 to get it back. Needless to say he is no longer on my Christmas card list.

If you are missing a cat, you might consider calling the City of Thornton.

Forgot to mention in my first post that the HOA sent me a nasty letter stating that I was not following the covenants.
