Bounded on the east by the Chicago River and on the west by the North Park Village Nature Preserve, Hollywood Park is surrounded by natural areas that provide the community residents with wonderful access to nature. This family oriented, middle class community is dominated by medium priced single family homes, however there are multi-family units on the lower end, and some larger more expensive homes on the higher end. Business areas border the north and south edges of the neighborhood, where dining and shopping are plentiful.
