I will no longer be posting in the discussion area on this site. it's not constructive and most information should be addressed to the board anyway.

On the other hand, as I have said in my posts, if you see a violation and would like to get involved with my wife and I and some of the other home owners on getting the process rolling, be more than happy to contact me.

again Lance, I do believe that if certain things are handled properly and less "IN YOUR FACE BECAUSE I CAN" it will go smoother... WE want to see the last years bank statements,we have that right dont you think? See where our money is going? You say you are dipping out of your pocket, I'm sure to keep the neighborhood up and running we dont necessarily agree or disagree with possibly more money at this time, but nobody is showing any records, we have people appointing onthe board, we have no clue who they are and it seems that its all about what the president or former president (you) mr draper want. This is completely unfair. YOu should have a board meeting with us homeowners and get it out in the open, if there is nothing to hide, otherwise this is going to turn even more sour then where we are at now, there are way to many same questions that we all want to know, and if I'm spending 150.00 a year or possibly more, I do believe again, you guys shouldnt have any reason to fork over the bank statements aka proof this is al going to the right cause? or is someone hiding something?
