Mike,
I need to take a moment to notify you that the board has chosen to vote you off of the board. Please understand that this is not a personal attack by the board.. I have received several complaints recently about the violations of the covenants, that you have refused to amend to a state of compliance, on your property. Also, there has been testimony before the board that you have made misleading statements to residents of the POA regarding board business.
The refusal to amend violations, and making misleading statements, amounts to conduct un-becoming of a board member. In accordance with Section VI; Sub-section 6.3 the board has elected to remove you from the board.
It is our hope that you will correct your violations as it will help to make our neighborhood great.

It is interesting how I am getting the blame for all of this, when I have been out of town working. Looks like false accusations are being put in my direction, It would be nice if someone would find out the truth on all of the crap that is involved.
