Since the President of the POA is selling his home, do you need a special election or does Robert Law automatically move to that position?
Board Position

If Dave sells his home, he could stay on the Board if he wishes but would not be able to remain as President. It would be the responsibility of the Board to elect a new President from among the current Board Members.

If Dave were to resign from the Board all together, the Board would appoint a new Board Member to serve out the remainder of his term and would elect a new President.

Covenant Violaters

I again strongly urge board members to ensure swift and effective action against residents who repeatedly park their automobiles outside their driveways. Repeat violaters should be approached with a copy of covenant restrictions in the event they're unfamilar with them.

My next-door-neighbor has for two years continued to park his commerical utility vehicles--flatbed trailers, commercial pickup trucks, cement mixers, bulldozers, backhoes, etc.--within feet of my driveway, thereby presenting a potential traffic hazard--and in full violation of covenant limitations. I've spoken with my neighbor regarding the problem and have achieved only negative results. Step up to the plate, board directors: Rules aren't made to be broken, and neither are they enacted to be followed only by an abiding few.

Thank you!
