Crescent Lake Neighborhood has $10,072 remaining from a one time property owners' assesment. This money was collected in order to implement specific aspects of the Crescent Lake Neighborhood Plan prepared in 1994. Monies must be spent on items included in the plan such as: logo stamping on sidewalks, gateway improvements, Huggins Stengel playing field enhancements, A/C Huggins Stengel fieldhouse, annex improvements and a fountain and observation deck for the lake.
