Good info on TND's in Colo

I found a list of New Urban developments going up around Colordao in the latest issue of New Urban News (thanks, Terri :-). I'm interested to see Rigden Farms up in Fort Collins, which is a 220 acre community. I'm not sure how much of it is built so far, though.

Interestingly, places like Erie Village and Mill Village don't make the list. Either they are too small (they don't list anything under 15 acres), or they don't aren't designed with most of the principles in mind. After seing Erie Village, I'm not that suprised - it's more like a standard suburb than anything else.
