On August 30, 2016 at approximately 9:30 pm A lone coyote entered through a fenced home at Lillian Street and Palos Verdes Blvd and killed an older, small dog at the residence. Coyote sightings have been identified in parts of Torrance for many months. The coyote's are now in the Southwood housing area. Please watch out for the safety of your animals. This coyote jumped the fence to prey on the little helpless dog.
