Southbridge II

Hi, I've known about this site for awhile and check it periodically and never see much. I'm hosting a cul-de-sac party on Tuesday, August 3rd, National Lights On night or whatever it's called and will be telling the neighbors about this site. I live right across the street from the pool. I love this neighborhood and have been here over 12 years now. I often walk to Children's World and on the way back I help pickup litter along the park and fence on the other side. Just today I removed an empty 6-pack of beer bottles left right in the middle of Prescott St. by the park. I'm very much in favor of new park amenities, especially a more permanent restroom. I just read your message. We are also hosting a Neighborhood Night Out party in our cul-de-sac! I'm on South Cedar Circle. Sounds like you're a very consientious neighbor and I'm glad you've been visiting the site. Our Southbridge II newsletter tries to get people to visit it, but not with much luck. Can you think of anything I can do to attract more viewers? I'm somewhat limited because the site is maintained by Neighborhood Link, but I can add various web pages and links.

South Suburban is planning a 60-70,000 renovation of the entire Southbridge
park in the year 2000. Maybe then they'll have more permanent restroom
facilities and other amenities.
