There is a mentally disturbed man living in the Arbor, across Sonoma Parkway from the Enclave. You may have seen him during the day (he does not work) walking along the wall wearing a cape and screaming bible passages. He makes strange noises and screams in the early evening as well. Sometimes he can be seen perched on top of his roof looking down on the parkway.
He has kept his mental episodes contained to his back yard until recently when he came into the Enclave and knocked on my neighbor's door. He told my neighbor that he is sees things or images in his (my neighbors) trees. After not being able to have a sensible conversation with him, my neighbor than told the man goodbye and shut the door.
Wow, we are a little concerned and are not sure if anything can be done at this point. What would you do?
