We are new to the neighborhood and I am looking for a preschool for my 4 year old.

It's hard being from another area and not knowing the schools' reputations. Can anyone recommend a preschool?

University UMC

Our church on DeZavala Road (University UMC) has a great preschool. I am not sure how hard it is to get into it, but you could contact them to get on a list. You can also take a walk through and visit with the staff.

University Baptist Church WEE

I agree with the other response that UUMC is a great preschool. I have attended church there for many years; however, found it nearly impossible to get my son in when he was 2-1/2. I found University Baptist Church WEE School, and loved it. He went there for 3 years. I later found out other people I knew had kids that went to UBC WEE school also. They have a great program, great teachers, and the school is smaller than UUMC. The tuition is also less expensive.
