Mr. Elwood Rayford of Somerset should be a well known name for most of you. As the husband of Jean Rayford, they have turned Somerset subdivision into a beautiful place to call home now.

The time and effort Elwood Rayford has spent recently in the community, not just Somerset should speak for itself.
The Neighborhood Pride, 2nd Annual Health Fair, Recreations and Parks, Mifflin Youth Association and Somerset Civic Association.

This is someone who will represent the interest of the residents of Somerset and should be elected as the new District Commissioner on the North East Area Commission.
