Where?’s The Money Going?
Many of you are interested in finding out where the money you pay toward dues is being spent. Following are just a few of the improvements that have been made:
1. Building 3 was repaired and painted, aprox. $5,500
2. Three driveways were repaired with crack filler and seal coat, aprox. $2100
3. A new landscaper was hired for approximately $2000 less a year than the previous landscaper. The new landscaper is Oasis Landscaping Company. They have removed unsightly weeds, installed 6 new sprinkler heads, ran a new line and fixed a drain. Unfortunately, the drought has taken its toll on the lawn however, the landscaping company is doing all they can to maintain the grounds.
4. You may have noticed the new Solar Ridge Sign. That is just one of the new signs that have been replaced within the last few months. There are also new ?“tow away zone?” signs and ?“no parking?” signs in the driveways.

Have You Been Too Hot ?
The HOA board of directors has recently approved the use of temporary window air conditioners! If you would like to install an a/c in your home you must first send written request, detailing the location of your a/c to Community Management. Community Management will then send you an approval letter detailing the proper installation requirements.
Following are the proper installation requirements:
1. You must have a letter of approval from Community Management.
2. Air conditioners may only be installed on the back side of the building (in the balcony area or in the window above the balcony).
3. Air conditioners must be secured by metal, 45 degree, triangular supports.
4. Only plexiglass may be used to fill the empty window space above the a/c (no cardboard or plywood).
5. All air conditioners must be removed during the winter months.
Enjoy!
