How many times does this topic need to be approached?  These off-road vehicles (mini motorcycles, 4-wheelers, etc) are not registered with DMV and therefor, not legal to drive on our streets!  City or neighborhood streets!  Also, most of the time, the people who are driving / riding them are under 16 years of age, not licensed and not insured!  Our Civic Association President of 2007 checked into this with Newark and Delaware State Police when he was in office.  These vehicles and kids are NOT covered under Mom and Dad's auto insurance!  My husband was out snowblowing our driveway and our neighbor's driveways this afternoon and there was a pair of 4-wheelers that literally came SPEEDING past him in the street!!!!  This is a safety issue!!  I hope that it will not take an injury or a death to get this through people's heads.

Call the county police non-emergency number,  302-573-2800  ..also try to find out where they live and tell the police their address.  the cops will pay them a visit.

just follow the offenders and see where they go, do not confront them.  call the cops.  stay on top of it.  We will prevail.

We deserve to live in a clean, peaceful community that is free of noise, nuisance, crime and harrassment.
