I Love My Neighborhood!
Are you one of the homes for sale? Seems like all of negative comments are coming from the people whom are leaving anyway! The REST of us are committed to living here and love the neighborhood and are PLEASED with the progress! We do not live in Russia, we do not need a dictatorship to run the neighbor! As for the letter, myself and my neighbors are ALL working on compliance! You will always have one or two that will be hard to make comply but that does not make this a place undisirable to live! |

Rocks look great
The rocks do look much better than the vacant dirt. Hopefully they are planning on spraying weed control so weeds do not start to grow up between the rocks. Suggestion, it may have looked better and less maintenance if they would have set these in mortar. Just a thought.....not to late to do this and should not cost that much. |
