I don't know about you but the neighborhood is getting extremely too loud. I have a neighbor who has 6 dogs in the house (5 of the dogs are pit bulls), who haven't cut the grass in 2 months and will play their music throughout the day and night. I have another neighbor who has turned her house into a clubhouse for teenage boys. She doesn't monitor what goes on and they go in and out of the house like it their own. And of course with teenagers you have loud music as well. I've been in my house for 16 years. It is sad to see the non caring people who won't take care of their homes and won't respect their neighborhood enough to not disturb it. And is seem like most of these people are section 8 also. If you get a house, take care of it. If you want to play your music, do it respectfully. Something need to be done to correct this problem!

I know this was posted awhile ago but I think I just bought the house you are taking about. The yard is a disgrace, chains all over the back yard someone had dogs on, weights, trash! The trees are in very sad shape, many I'm afraid will have to be cut down because they are mostly dead. No landscaping whatsoever and the fence is in dire need of repair! That's just the outside!

We definitely have our work cut out for us, but my hubby and I love a challenge! 

We take pride in our homes, are quiet, respectful and looking forward to meeting some neighbors! I hope to see you soon!
