We are the neighborhood south of your neighborhood, and we too have received a letter saying they are going to be drilling under our neighborhood soon. We have not been able to organize an association yet, because we are a new neighborhood. We are in the process of doing that. But my question is, how long has it been for you since you received your letter and the time to negotiate with the gas company? I know that they price rate that they gave us is bottom line so it is in our best interest to negotiate and go for the going rate of other neighborhoods that have already made a deal with the gas company.
