The area at the end of the cul de sac on NE 111th Circle is designated wetlands and considered to be a Silver Oaks commons area.
There is a conservation covenant, which decrees this area is to be kept in its natural state in order to preserve and protect the wetland ecosystem.
No motorized vehicles are permitted in this area other than those used for operating/maintaining utilities or maintaining the wetlands area.
