I work in the mail room/shipping & receiving  at a corporate office, where I managed our 200 UPS accounts.   I have received this warning from our UPS representative and heard about his on the news recently.  You can also verify this on Snopes.com.

"If you shop in the intranet, you may get an email stating that your FedEx, UPS or USPS package has a delivery problem.   If you open the email they will ask you to open the attachment which you think shows a copy of your order, but it really is a virus.   When placing an order, most businesses will ask for your email address.  But they do not give out your email address to UPS, FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service)".

If you get this email UPS and FedEx are asking you to get in contact with the place of business you had purchased from and to verify with them if there have been any problems with your shipment.
