Just a note to let you know that we do not approve of the use of a pool monitor. What is the purpose of the monitor? If the monitor was hired to help cut down on pool abuse, we feel that most pool related abuse occured after hours, and we feel it is a waste of money to have a monitor.

I BELIEVE THAT $16/HOUR IS A WASTE OF OUR MONEY FOR THE POOL MONITOR. I'M SURPRISED NO ONE HAS SPOKEN OUT ON THIS, DOES ANYONE DEFEND IT ?
HOW ABOUT A POSTED NUMBER TO CALL ''IF'' TROUBLE STARTS, AND THE SECURITY COMPANY RESPONDS AS NEEDED.
