Some questions have come up recently regarding snow removal. The Association sidewalks on Horizon Parkway and Sand Dollar Drive are cleared starting at 1" according to City code. The driveways in the Vineyards and in the Villas are cleared when there is 4?” of snow on the driveways when the contractor comes by. In the Villas, when there is 12?” of snow, one lane will be cleared in the street for traffic. If you require more snow removal, you will need to contract with someone as an individual.
