What all can be said about controlling certain cars and excessively loud Mufflers. I'm thinking not much but its very annoying.

I have had to call PCT 4 about
several cars in the neighborhoood up and down our street in particular. I believe it was a red 2/dr Nissan...240? not sure. But I am having the hardedst time getting the Dispatch people to even understand where we are. And I honestly dont even think that night they came by. I think there is a problem w/the patrol finding the locations. There needs to be a better way to explain directions to them i guess.?? By patrisha |
