Welcome to the LaPaz / dePortola Elementary School neighborhood. This unique community has so many things to offer it's residents like walking distance to the most highly requested schools in the district and the close proximity to shopping, entertainment, parks and freeway access. The homes in this neighborhood range from single story 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,400 sq.ft. to two story 6 bedroom, 3 bath 2,900 sq.ft. residences. These homes were build in the late 1960's to early '70's, with many of them showing stunning upgrades, large lots and outstanding views.
This small neighborhood is comprised mostly of original owners and move up buyers, making it more stabilized and less affected by the foreclosure crisis.
