I can't believe it's nearly August, the summer seems to be flying by. I ran across an old aerial view of what is now Shadow Creek, and so I thought it would be interesting to post here. If you want a closer look, go to www.mapquest.com, enter your address, and then click the photo tab.
Play with the zoom and direction buttons until you can see some landmarks, like Alum Creek, Peach Blow Rd to the north (which leads to the ranger station entrance), etc.
It looks like this was nothing more than a wheat field perhaps. Well, happy surfing!
