There are a couple of places in Huber Ridge that makes the name Junk ridge apporiate.

One is a burned out house on Panama Dr. , and another one is on the south side of Caracas Dr., it looks like a pick and pull junkyard. There is junk on each side of the house and the front yard is used as a parking lot. Places  like this is what drags the neighborhood down.

I completely agree with you! I live on Varadero Drive, so I am very familiar with the houses you are talking about. Not sure, but I think both might be owned by the local rental company. I notice many of their houses in our area go neglected. That is until it is time for them to rent them out.
