There is a house on Birchfield Road that has a gravel drive to the backyard. I thought it was a temporary thing last summer, but it is now February and the drive is still there.
Who do I need to contact to get the drive removed?

The previous board started working on getting this problem dealt with and then had to hand it off to the new 2010 board. As of yet, the new President, though he knows about it, has done zip to get it corrected. A letter was sent to the homeowner previously, but there was no response. The new President has talked about sending out another letter and certifying it, but again, there has been no real tangible work done on fixing the issue. |

Be adult about this, sneak over there at night and spray paint "FILTHY PIG" on their garage door.
I have seen it too, they are trailer trash. |

Hehe, at this point, that might be what you have to resort to doing...kidding, kidding. The sad thing is that this homeowner should know better than doing something like that due to his line of work. Either way, there are covenants you have to live by around here and they definitely aren't. Who in the world thinks it's ok to dig out half of your yard, around a water line no less, and pour gravel? Geez. |
