Hi

Yesterday  while I was home with my sick child, I heard  our water beingnturned on in the front of our house.  I looked out our front window and one of the landscaping employees was filling up his water jug!!!!   Then as I continued to  watch him he walked out to his pickup and urinated on the street in front of my home??!!!

I was shocked that he would be so brazen or stupid,  whichever,  probably both!  BUT

what happened next is THE BIG SUPRISE!!!

I  CONTACTED THE SC HOA  they gave me the # to the Co. that would pass this info onto the landscaping employees boss. I then followed this up with an email to Denise ( I believe she is our HOA  VP.  Denise in turn forwarded thiS email to someone named Chance Jackson. Mr. Jackson replied with a ?  of why I didnt ask the man to stop?? Well

lets see  hmmmmm..  he just stole my water and urinated in front of my house CHANCE DO U THINK THIS IS A NICE REASONABLE PERSON???I informed Mr. Jackson that the employee (if this reoccurs) will be reported to the authorities and might be looking at the wrong end of a gun!    Chance then sent me an email saying I just should have just asked the guy not to pee in front of my house instead ofcontacting "everybody else" he also told me that the HOA  is not responsible for personal problems!? In my world urinating in public is illegal and indecent  AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE??or is Mr  Jackson a little rude, niave, or is he the owner of the landscape co.?? Has anyone witnessed this behavior from the landscaping employees?  Does anyone know who this Chance person is?  If he is associated with our HOA  Is he qualified?  Is he normal?   Thanx  for positive feedback.  I am obviously very upset about this whole situation.

Well, you can either become involved in the annual meetings and volunteer to be on the board (you must be elected)

-or-

Move into a nice garden home
