The Book Cadillac Condominium & Residences Associations are comprised of 64 luxury condominiums located a top the historic Westin Book Cadillac Hotel in downtown Detroit. Originally built in 1924, the building remained open until 1984 when it was closed. It remained vacant until 2006 when it was completely renovated with its grand reopening in October 2008.
