Scarsdale Civic Association

My wife has suspected my neighbors of messin with my dogs for a couple of years. This past Sunday I caught them with bowls wired to my fence. One was empty(presumably had food), one had water in it. I had a heated conversation with them. What can I do to ensure this does not happen again? I dont want people messing with my property, my family, or my dog.

Furthermore......

When speaking with them, they made the claim ''you dont feed your dog''. I dont want to sound like a jerk, but these people are really coming across like idiots. Ofcourse I feed my dog, why would I own a dog if I am not going to feed it? My wife suspects that these same neighbors stole a small dog that we had a couple of years ago. The dog was only here for a few days. Any feedback is appreciated.
