Scarsdale Civic Association

I don't know where the civic assocition is getting these people to mower the medium but it looks like hxxx. They just blow the clipping into the middle of the street and then the homeowners get to clean it up and they get paid for it, Or like yesterday 8\7 blow some of it back onto the grass and don't clean along the curb. Guess it's great to work for someone who NEVER checks up on them.
