The Saugus Canyon HOA, Inc.

Hello, I've been an owner on Bea Ct. and a member of the Saugus Cyn HOA for 21 years. When the pool key was changed I was not informed and a key was not issued in place of the plastic card that was issued before. When I contacted the Managment company they said I had to leave a $300.00 deposit if I didn't have the plastic card, which was obsolite years ago. Several of my neighbors don't have keys either. I refuse to give a deposit when I have been living here  for 21 years and have never been late on a HOA payment. I am paying for virtually nothing and I feel we have a really dishonest HOA and or managment company.
