Welcome

Wellington Hills Service Corporation is the non-profit association that acts as the development civic association. Wellington Hills is a community of 120 homes located off of Route 41 just before the Pennsylvania state line...

Wellington Hills was built in 3 sections spanning over approximately 30 years. The oldest section was started in the early 60's. There is a variety of home styles and long winding roads throughout our community. The many trees along the roadside and on the properties give our community a park-like atmosphere.
