I have had a couple of close friends and neighbors share with me that they have seen contractors drink on canyon construction sites as well as their cars resulting in compromised behavior and judgment. If you are a witness to this please don't ignore it and make the owners of the property, as well as the police, aware of it so the proper steps can be taken.
