A quorum was present. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.

1. Introductions.

2. Approval of Minutes - The minutes of the meeting of October 1 were approved.

3. Treasurers' report - Current balances are the following; checking-$220.33; savings-$2471.56; savings certificate- $11456.95.

4. Presidents' report/ Old business.
George reported on the following;
-Newsletter. We intend to get the next newsletter out in January. Reports are pending from Jill and from Asta.
-216 Amalfi. George, Asta and Alex Man attended and testified at an Associate Zoning Administrators hearing on the project. A subsequent hearing was scheduled by the Pacific Palisades Community Council for November 14.
-Entrada edge lines
-Website. The website is up and running successfully.
-New VNOC for Rustic Canyon Park improvements.

5. Secretarys' report- no report

6. Other business
-Board Attendance. A discussion of Board attendance and participation was held.
Motion-a motion was made and passed that the following four board members be dropped from the board due to lack of attendance; Cecilia Alvear, Brian Clark, Bonnie Kirschenbaum, and Brian Murphy.
The secretary will send notification to the four regarding this.

-West LA Summit.
Leslie reported on the recent West LA Summit meeting. Three problem areas were defined; gangs, graffiti and traffic.

-There are five vacancies on the Board at this time. We are looking for new volunteers.
