We are about to purchase in Unit J, block 114. We plan to "dryin" a small cabon and use as a huntinng/vacation cabin with dry construction or no plumbing at this time.
Is there anything we should know about SDCR or the area? We are from Texas and want season and snow. We hope to find it there.
