Yard of the Month
Congratulations to our September Yard of the Month Winner!
Do you feel like you have worked really hard on keeping your lawn manicured or have festive holiday displays? This section will inform you of current neighborhood contests that are being held as well as the winners. Please check back often so that you can participate in the neighborhood contests.
Yard of the Month Guidelines
- Neatly mowed and edged lawn
- Yard free of trash, debris and clutter
- Minimum weeds
- Pruned and trimmed shrubs and trees
One home will be selected each month (May-Sept).
Only the front/side yards as viewed from the street are judged.
Winners receive a $20 gift certificate and proudly display the "Yard of the Month" sign in their yard for a month.
Homeowners and renters alike are eligible.
One home will be selected for best decorations during the months of Oct and Dec.
