Great things happening in our community.

Hello to all; who had a negative impression of the Windsor Cove Apartment Complex(former Palms Apts). There are great things currently going on in our community, with all of the negative exposure from the media and past circumstances, we've decided that it's time to take control of our community, and bring back the good! The Tenants Association and Hopes and Dreams Team have partnered to make our community a better place to live. Providing social services and on going activities to our residents, we are doing what most fear to do! And that is realizing that, "we are the community"! It's time for change, and change is a challenge most feared by those without a plan for future endeavors. We are creating leaders and building future stars, we will shine!
