Does anybody know what the status is on the rest of these home that are in violation with the paint color on there fences. I know most of these people where notified of these violations well over 2 years ago. I know because I was one of them and I corrected it. So why haven't the rest of these homes corrected this. They have had plently of time to do something about this, come on Spectrum do your job! I complied,now I expect you to make the rest of them to do so also.

stop worrying about everyone else and worry only about yourself. I'm sure they're paying their fines. If you do not know the whole process stay out of it!!! There is more to it than what you think. I will say, thank you for your response in getting your fence in order. Others are not as quick and are paying the price. Spectrum does an excellent job. I'm sure you wouldn't want PRO COM back it would be worse!!
Now I expect you to let them do their job since they know what they're doing!!

Painted Fences

As board of directors we know exactly the status of EACH AND EVERY VIOLATION in our subdivision. Small ones to big ones. Spectrum does a good job keeping track of ALL violations, including the onces at an attorney level, and we are contact with them DAILY!. At least I am. There does not go a day in which I don't talk to Spectrum. We have a good relationship with the company and they keep us in the loop. They have an excellent staff and are on top of everything in our sub-division. NOW I invite you to come out to one of our partys or neighborhood meetings and talk with myself or WAYNE about your issues and I can assure you we are already taking care of those problems. Thanks for your comments and I hope to see you at our next meeting.

never said anything about wanting Procomm. Spectrum does do a gereat job. there are a lot of homeowners that are either taking a long time to comply or the violations aren't being reported. I even saw a home with a flagpole in the front yard (been like a yr. know) a home on senissa springs with burglar bars visible from the street( been awhile) have to be concerned about my neighborhood and other peoples business, I live here.
