I have seen several homes with air condition units on their windows, but even more have cut a hole in there wall of there garages and put units there. Is that allowed? I think that really looks tacky and makes our neighborhood look completly GHETTO!!!!!! I have not seen anything like that in any other nicer neighborhoods.Is there something that be done about that or am i the only one that thinks this way?

I GOTTA AGREE WITH YA, IT DOESN'T LOOK TOO PLEASANT. A LOT OF HOMEOWNERS ARE DOING PROJECTS AROUND THERE HOMES WITHOUT SUBMITTING APPROVAL FORMS TO THE ACC COMMITTEE. YOU WOULD HAVE TO LOOK OVER THE BY-LAWS/COVENANTS TO SEE IF IT IS ALLOWED, OR YOU CAN CONTACT SPECTRUM AT 494-0659 TO FIND OUT. ACTUALLY THERE ARE A TON OF HOMES IN VARIOUS VIOLATIONS. IF YOU GET A CHANCE, DRIVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD, YOU'LL SEE A HOME WITH A METAL FENCE, SUPPOSED TO BE WOOD. OTHER FENCES THAT ARE PAINTED, PEOPLE DON'T CUT OR WEEDEAT THEIR GRASS, OVERSIZED SHEDS, TRAILERS/BOATS/OR RVS IN DRIVEWAY. BASKETBALL GOALS LEFT BY ROADWAY. THERES 2 HOMES WITH FLAGPOLES IN FRONT YARD. A COUPLE WITH XMAS LIGHTS STILL HANGING. SOME HAVE METAL PATIOS WITH METAL ROOFS-SUPPOSED TO BE SHINGLED.SOME FENCES ARE MISSING BOARDS THAT HOMEOWNERS ARE NOT REPLACEING.. JUST HAVE TO CONTACT SPECTRUM AND GET THE BALL ROLLING. BUT I'M GLAD TO SEE THAT OTHER HOMEOWNERS ARE NOTICING THE SAME THING I HAVE..............PEOPLE TELL US WHAT YOU THINK????????

just want to thank spectrum or whoever got that house on kayla brook to move that huge shed it had in it's backyard. it took like 5yrs for that guy to finally move it. once again , to all homeowners , pay attention to your covenants and by-laws, it could cost you down the road............thanks again........
