The phase 2 open space ,was cut eight times for 2009.With less then a football field of ground that is able to be cut .We are paying over a thousand dollars, per cut, a year just for that area. The landscaping was poor at best ,not one flower.Entrance signs not even weeded. The storm pond for phase 2 is the remaining 7 acres of our open space. Not a penny spent there.      So I must ask the Treasure to give a bit more details,to where and how the money is being spent.     What our the numbers from our yearly audits, nothing posted in over four years.                The elections for the board is NOT in accordance with the by-laws as written and approved by the members of Salem Woods. And posted on this web page.

I totally agree with the above statements. Our entrance landscaping is a joke. A thousand dollars per cut? We are certainly not getting what we pay for. It is time to get rid of this company. I know who they are and they are known for their shoddy work.Surely we can do better?

What was previously posted was not in accordance with the by-laws of each individual phase but a proposal by New Castle County to combine Phases II, III & IV as one.  This was never completed.  The original by-laws for each phase are still in place
