As the weather has warmed and more neighbors are taking advantage to walk. I hope the drivers SPEEDING at the back at the development from Riversend down the slope on Providence adhere to the SPEED LIMIT. This would increase the SAFETY and  reduce the NOISE for the residence in this area.

I agree with you there isn't a day that goes by I see people speeding on Providence. Those speed bumps are a complete joke. If I had my way I'd put ones that can do some damage underneath. and maybe those dicweeds will learn.
