This story on WCNC has a picture of the man arrested. Maybe those that have seen the guy in our community will be able to confirm if it is the same person.
I have requested Sgt. Hulsey the Westover CMPD Response Area Commander check to see if this indeed is the same person. They should be able to confirm since CMPD had spoken to the person in the white van in our community prior according to posters on our site.
