Safe and Drug-Free Schools Reauthorized

As part of its reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary
Education
Act last month, Congress approved continuation of the Safe and
Drug-Free
Schools and Communities Act for another six years, with an authorized
appropriation of $650 million in fiscal year 2002. The Health and
Health
