?“Children and Welfare Reform,?” the next issue in the Packard Foundation
Future of Children series, will be released February 20. The issue will
examine welfare reform?’s impacts on child development, child care
options
for low-income families, fertility and father involvement and family
economic resources, along with analysis and recommendations regarding
reauthorization of the welfare reform legislation and commentaries by
