This annual statewide symposia, sponsored by the CA Department of
Education/Special Education Division and coordinated by the San Diego County
Office of Education, HOPE Infant Family Support Program, offers
training for administrators and leaders on issues affecting Early
Childhood Education and Special Education. Experienced and emerging
administrators and parent and professional leaders from all organizations
serving children ages 0-5 are invited to attend. This leadership
training offers a wide range of topics including: Overview for New
Infant-Toddler Administrators; Evidence-based Research on Autism,
Developmentally Appropriate Practice & Literacy, Brain Research and Early Learning,
Facilitating Collaborative Community Teams , and Skill Building in
Minimizing Conflict, and many others.
