Kid Friendly Cities” Rates Children’s Health

In its Report Card on "Kid Friendly Cities," Population Connection (formerly Zero Population Growth) ranks major and smaller U.S. cities according to indicators of children?’s health, including teen pregnancy, infant mortality rate, and the number of low birth weight babies. This year?’s report gives an A+ to Atlanta, Georgia, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and a C- St. Louis, Missouri, and Eugene, Oregon.
