Housing costs have risen out of sight for many low- and moderate-income families, causing an ?“invisible crisis?” of housing. The new Millennial Housing Commission report offers a blueprint for what Congress can do to improve policy and assist communities, but advocates say without a public outcry, getting lawmakers to focus on the need for better affordable housing is difficult.
