Cultural Partnerships for At-Risk Children and Youth

The U.S. Dept. of Education has released guidelines for this effort, which offers $4 million in funding for partnerships to improve students' educational performance by incorporating the arts. Application deadline is July 22. For more information, e-mail Judith Weitz (Jweitz@neh.gov).
