National Education Association Says Bush Budget Fails Education
Schools across the nation have been forced to increase class sizes,
delay
purchases of classroom technology, and scale back after-school classes
because of budget cutbacks. The NEA?’s president, Bob Chase, says that
the
Bush administration?’s budget proposal would accelerate education cuts
